		<description>Hi Robbie, I really enjoyed this post. Uniforms can be so much fun! Although I really do love the Dress for Success idea now, it was not always the case. In high school, wearing a uniform was a daily exercise in pushing the limits of personal style and customization. During my internship and preceptorship (a residency program for chiropractors), having that crisp, white clinic coat was a uniform that conferred status and authority. After reading this article, I may revisit wearing a clinic coat again... maybe this time in teal!
